There may also be periods of underutilization, where you're paying for unproductive time. In contrast, our monthly subscription model offers flexibility, allowing you to pause and resume as needed, ensuring you only incur costs when there's actual work for the designer. This eliminates the expenses and time-consuming process associated with traditional hiring, which includes costly job listings, months of resume reviews and interviews, salary negotiations, onboarding, and training.
Once subscribed, you can populate your design queue with as many requests as you'd like, which will be addressed one by one.
On average, our design requests are completed in just two days or less. However, for more complex tasks such as branding, website, and app designs, it may take a bit longer. We'll keep you updated every few days for feedback on these more intricate projects.
It may come as a surprise, but PixelQuick is a solo operation led by me, Mike, the creative mind behind it all. When it comes to more specialized services like animations or unique illustrations, we collaborate with our creative partners/designers.
No Problem. Feel free to pause your subscription when you've completed your current design projects, and you can easily resume it when you have more design needs. There's no need to let any unused portion of your subscription go to waste.
We recognize that you may not always have a continuous flow of design work throughout the entire month. You might currently have just one or two design requests. This is where the flexibility to pause your subscription proves valuable. Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and use our service for 21 days and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused as well, leaving you with 10 days of service that can be utilized at any point in the future.
Most requests are designed using Figma.
PixelQuick provides a wide range of flexible options for requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly within the Trello platform, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record briefs using Loom videos for those who prefer a non-textual approach. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared within Trello, it's a suitable method for communication.

Certainly. 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), intricate packaging, and substantial print design (magazines, books, etc.) are not included in PixelQuick's scope of work.
Due to the time-consuming nature of custom design there are no refunds.
